我的巴基斯坦客户H

在2022年9月初,参加阿里巴巴圈战的时候,我巴基斯坦客户S给我推荐了他的朋友H,这位新朋友巴基斯坦客户H是做安源系统和汽车能源系统的,自己是工程师。
一开始客户和我这边沟通还是有障碍的,因为国内和国外的产品型号写法有差异,我们时常不知道对方描述的产品是怎样的,因此报价很艰难。我们通过多次的沟通交流,后面才慢慢熟悉双方的型号书写区别。
经过大概2个多月的接触,我们才熟悉起来,对于报价也比较得心应手。这个客户H有很多项目,都是板子的配单,最多的时候一次拿4个配单的样品。
众所周知,配单项目繁多,有的IC是没有现货的,因此有时还需要比较长的货期。但是客户H很理解我们。客户回复消息也非常及时,是目前我遇到的所有客户中,回复消息最快的。
现在客户跟我们合作也有小半年,目前还在合作中,一切也很顺利,希望后面可以跟客户H实现双赢。

At the beginning, there were still obstacles in the communication between the customer and me. Because of the difference between the domestic and foreign product models, we often did not know what the other side described, so it was very difficult to quote. After many times of communication and exchange, we gradually became familiar with the differences in model writing between the two sides.
After more than two months of contact, we became familiar with each other and were quite comfortable with the quotation. This customer H has a lot of items, all of which are the matching orders of boards. At most, he can take four samples of matching orders at a time.
As we all know, there are many items to be distributed, and some ICs are not available in stock, so sometimes a relatively long lead time is required. But customer H understands us very well. The customer's reply to the message is also very timely, which is the fastest among all the customers I have met.
Now the customer has cooperated with us for only half a year, and is still in the process of cooperation. Everything is also very smooth. I hope that we can achieve a win-win situation with customer H.
